For the billing processes to operate accurately, we will need all of your data to be up to date. You can update and control all of your personal and billing information through your account. You are free to update or delete your information at any time.
Customer Resume collects the following personal information from users: name and contact information, education and employment history, and other relevant information, solely to generate their resumes. The exceptions are following situations: when the information is required by (a) state or any international law, (b) subpoena, or court order, or (c) any other legitimate concerns, such as genuine emergencies and ethical conflicts.
We use a highly protected CRM system to store all of the membership information, but we do not store payment information. To help us protect your financial data, we use the services of a professional third-party partner for SSL encryption and other measures. These security measures are adopted to guard against any unauthorized access or changes to your personal information.
2. Registration and Subscriptions
To carry out the registration, and create an account on Customer Resume, you must provide the information needed to activate the account. After you create an account, our team will send you a welcome email with all the information regarding access and use of your account and the Service.
To continue using the Service with Customer Resume via a paid account, you will need to provide us with the following information: your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and zip code. Please note: After the termination of your subscription, your credit card information will be erased from our billing system.
If you decide to end your membership, you need to submit your account for cancelation. Cancelation will come into force the moment the customer service receives your email. After that, all of the personal information you provided to us will be permanently deleted. If you wish to remove only your billing subscription information, cancel your paid account by sending a cancel request to customer service email.
